Hello, I am Christine.With the help of Josi, I successfully came to United States to have my higher education here at 10th grade. Remembering back in the days I went to Southland Christian School and met a lot of great people, teachers and students. They help me through the days that I am not so confident in the language and culture here. I made friends, have high A in school. Go back home, my home-stay took great care of me, shared fun things in their lives and made delicious meals and desserts for me. Thanks for Josi to help me with choosing this great school and home-stay so that I adapted the new environment quickly. Due to my personal reason I also change to another public school for my senior year in high school. Josi help me with everything and the result turns great! Both Josi and Hank is trustworthy and I will ask them for help anytime if needed. I am really thankful for everything they done for me. And only with their help, my high school experience will turned out to be such an amazing one.
Christine LuWhen I first came to the United States, I had a hard time adjusting to a new environment. I am genuinely grateful for ESLA’s care and service, which helped me a lot in search of a decent host family. Even for all kinds of school activities and events, the guardians were also actively involved to support. My high school life was improved a lot due to ESLA’s responsible attitude and quality service, allowing me to concentrate on my schoolwork and eventually get accepted by my dream school – the University of Washington.

Since I first came to the United States in 2011, Josi had been my guardian for almost 4 years throughout my whole high school. During that time, she took excellent care of me not only in the aspect of preparing the legal documents for me but also in the area of helping out with my adaptability for a whole new life. Josi would like to think ahead to prevent future problems and she interacted with me more in the way as a family member. Josi did try her best to make students feel at home while she was executing her duty as the right business agent. With Josi’s help, I successfully graduated from high school as an honored student with a good grade and was admitted to UCLA before my graduation. Even after I went to college, we still contacted each other.
